Prepare your visa file with greater clarity.
VisaFile does not issue visas, submit government decisions, predict approval or replace advice from an authorized immigration professional.
Organize preparation.
Understand the context.
Explore the VisaFile Free checklist and Agency workspace through a real, working local demonstration. See missing context, why each preparation item appears, dated official sources and a clear manual review trail.
A public hosted app and real applicant intake are not open. The demonstration uses fictional records. It does not verify documents, decide eligibility or predict a visa result.

The current UK holiday-visitor pilot
The demonstrated module covers one adult aged 18 or over who normally lives in Pakistan, holds an ordinary Pakistan national passport with Pakistan as their only nationality, has no existing UK status, and is preparing a self-funded UK tourism visit of no more than six calendar months, with no dependants or identified individual complexity.
Nationality and residence are separate questions. Other purposes, travel documents, support arrangements and complex circumstances receive an explicit pilot-scope hold; this is a software boundary, not an immigration refusal finding.
Rules version 2026-10-21.1 · Automated official-source check 21 October 2026 · Internal source-review date 28 October 2026, compared as UTC calendar dates. This internal maintenance date is not an immigration-law deadline.
Free and Agency do different jobs
Start with the context
- Choose reviewed multiple-choice answers without entering identity or document contents.
- See missing questions and conditional preparation items.
- Read why each item appears and follow its official source link.
- Distinguish a mandatory document, a conditional document, supporting evidence and process information.
- Check visible source dates and any source or scope hold.
- Print a preparation report or clear temporary answers.
The local app evaluates enum choices without saving anonymous answers. The separate Free WordPress companion evaluates in page memory without sending answer requests to the app.
What the Free checklist does not verify
It does not inspect or upload documents, test authenticity, assess financial sufficiency, decide eligibility or predict approval. Supporting-evidence examples are not invented universal document requirements.
Organize a manual preparation workflow
- Create fictional cases with controlled enum answers.
- Use administrator, reviewer, assigned caseworker and owning-applicant roles.
- Assign an active caseworker within the same agency.
- Filter the already-authorized case list by workflow status.
- Follow draft, needs information, awaiting review and reviewed states.
- Inspect timestamped history and export HTML or JSON reports.
- Display a strict fictional agency name in the workspace and report header.
- Disable demonstration staff accounts and invalidate their sessions, with last-administrator protection.
The local server enforces agency, assignment and applicant-ownership access. This is a synthetic prototype, not an open production registration service.
What “Reviewed” means
Only an administrator or reviewer can record a manual checklist review after the required context and preparation gaps are resolved. “Reviewed” records workflow activity; it is not an authenticity check, legal-sufficiency decision or visa result.

Capacity is enforced locally for the demonstration agencies. Every nondeleted case counts, including reviewed cases; there is no archive/reopen feature. Applicants do not use staff places. No price, billing arrangement, hosted entitlement, unlimited storage or service-level commitment is offered here.
Follow the workflow step by step
- Choose reviewed context. Begin with the pilot questions and read any missing-information or outside-scope warning.
- Understand the preparation items. Read the explanation and source; self-reported availability is never treated as verification.
- Organize fictional agency work. Assign a caseworker, save enum answers, request a manual review and inspect history.
- Export and review. Print the checklist or open a scoped case report. Follow current official guidance and obtain appropriate individual advice where needed.

Privacy and practical limits
Use fictional demonstration data only
Do not enter or upload real names, passport details, bank or medical information, full identity documents, private messages, payment details, passwords or verification codes into the prototype. No document upload is enabled.
Removing a synthetic case hides it from the active workspace but retains the local audit record. Permanent erasure, document storage and an archive service are not promised.
Independent preparation software
VisaFile does not issue visas, submit government applications, guarantee approval or claim government/embassy affiliation. It does not provide an individualized immigration-service decision.
A public deployment would require separate production security, real-data governance and qualified content review. No cloud, OCR or AI provider is connected to this demonstration.
Is the app publicly operational?
A working local prototype and separate Free WordPress companion have been built and demonstrated with fictional data. The public website is an information and early-access layer; it is not a deployed hosted case portal.
Can I submit documents through the early-access form?
No. Use the existing early-access form only for ordinary contact details allowed by our Privacy Policy. Never submit passports, bank statements, medical information, full identity documents, credentials, card details or verification codes.
Keep up with the pilot
Use the existing early-access form below to request product updates. Its existing fields, consent, spam controls and Privacy Policy remain in place.
