Software Licence Terms

1. Parties
These Software Licence Terms apply to software products offered by Murshid Farm Industries, Pakistan, under the Smart Solutions Framework (SSF) software brand.
2. Product-Specific Terms
Each product page and checkout, if a product is later offered for sale, will identify the specific product, price, licence duration, activation limit, support entitlement, renewal terms and refund conditions.
3. Licence Grant
When a paid or free software licence is validly issued, SSF grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the relevant software according to the product-specific terms.
4. No Current Public Paid Licence
No public paid software checkout is currently active on this website, and no fixed public licence duration or activation limit has yet been announced.
5. Eligibility
Users must provide accurate account and licence information and must be legally able to use the software in their jurisdiction.
6. Delivery
Future software delivery may occur through download links, account access, licence keys, WordPress plugin updates or another method stated on the product page or checkout.
7. Activation Limits

8. Licence Duration

9. Updates

11. Restrictions
You must not copy, resell, sublicense, share licence keys, reverse engineer, bypass activation, remove notices or use the software in a way that violates law or third-party rights except where applicable law expressly permits.
12. Ownership
Software, documentation, branding and related materials remain owned by Murshid Farm Industries or the relevant rights holders. A licence does not transfer ownership.
13. WordPress Environment Responsibility
For WordPress products, users are responsible for maintaining compatible hosting, WordPress versions, themes, plugins, backups and security practices.
14. Third-Party Services
Some products may integrate with third-party services. Those services may have separate accounts, terms, fees, limits and availability.
15. Beta and Pre-Release Access
Beta, test or early-access software may be incomplete, unstable, limited or changed without public release.
16. Payments and Merchant of Record
If an approved third-party platform acts as merchant of record for a future product, the checkout, invoice and receipt may identify that platform as seller or payment processor.
17. Refunds
Refund eligibility will be governed by the product-specific terms and the Refund Policy available at the time of purchase.
18. Privacy and Telemetry
Software may process account, licence, activation, diagnostic or support information only as described in product materials and the Privacy Policy.
19. Security
Users must protect licence keys, credentials and site access. Do not send passwords, OTPs, private keys or full payment-card details through support channels.
20. Suspension or Termination
Licences may be suspended or terminated if obtained fraudulently, shared unlawfully, abused, charged back improperly or used in violation of these terms.
21. Disclaimers
Software is provided according to the product terms in effect at the time. SSF does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free code or compatibility with every hosting, plugin or theme combination.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Murshid Farm Industries will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from software use, inability to use software or reliance on documentation.
