By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.
3. Website Purpose
The website provides information about SSF, VisaFile, software products, support and legal policies. Product availability is stated on each product page.
4. Product Status
The free SSF Media Manager is available on WordPress.org. The separate Pro add-on is offered only through its product page and linked checkout under its product-specific terms. Other products retain the development or commercial status stated on their own pages.
5. No Government Affiliation
VisaFile and SSF are not affiliated with any government, embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
6. No Immigration or Legal Advice
VisaFile and related website content are for information and document-organisation purposes only. They do not provide regulated immigration, legal, tax or financial advice.
7. No Outcome Guarantee
SSF does not guarantee visa approval, application acceptance, document sufficiency or any government decision.
8. User Responsibility
You are responsible for checking official sources, submitting accurate information and consulting authorised professionals where regulated advice is required.
9. Early Access and Testing
Early-access invitations, test access and product previews may be limited, changed, paused or withdrawn at SSF’s discretion.
10. Product Pages
Before a product is offered for sale, its product page and checkout will identify price, licence duration, activation limit, support entitlement, renewal terms and refund conditions.
11. Accounts and Credentials
If future products include accounts, you will be responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
12. Payments
Lemon Squeezy provides Pro merchant-of-record/reseller checkout and transaction services. Checkout shows applicable tax, price and terms. Other products use only the checkout and terms explicitly stated on their own page.
13. Software Licence
Any software product use will also be governed by the Software Licence Terms and any product-specific licence terms shown before purchase or access.
SSF Media Manager Pro product terms
Effective 16 October 2026 (Asia/Karachi)
SSF Media Manager Pro is offered through its published product page and the checkout explicitly linked there. The product-specific terms state price, activation/update/support entitlement, continued installed use, renewal, refunds and licensing data. The supplied code is GPLv2-or-later; those GPL rights prevail over inconsistent general software/IP restrictions for these packages.
Other products retain their own stated scope/status. VisaFile government, immigration and outcome disclaimers and unrelated website rules remain unchanged. Mandatory rights remain protected.
14. Refunds
Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy. Product-specific refund terms will be stated before a paid product is offered for sale.
15. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the website, attack its systems, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, scrape abusively or use SSF content for unlawful activity.
16. Intellectual Property
The SSF name, website content, software concepts, product names, designs and related materials belong to Murshid Farm Industries or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
