This refund policy is a draft and should be reviewed before any paid VisaFile product, subscription or service is launched.

Current product status

VisaFile is currently in development. No public paid VisaFile software subscription is described as operational on this website.

Future paid products

Any future refund terms should clearly describe the paid product, billing period, eligibility, exclusions and support process.

No invented pricing

This website should not display product pricing or refund promises until they are approved by SSF.

Software Payments and Refund Handling

When commercial software sales begin, refunds may be handled either by Murshid Farm Industries or by the applicable approved checkout platform, reseller, subscription platform or merchant of record shown during purchase.

Where Murshid Farm Industries is the seller, its legal name will appear on the applicable invoice or receipt. Where an approved platform acts as seller, reseller or merchant of record, that platform’s checkout and refund terms may apply.

This wording should be reviewed before any paid subscription, license or software marketplace listing goes live.
