SSF SMTP Mailer Pro purchase terms
Understand the site plans, update/support year, continued local use, customer downloads and privacy controls before you buy.
Paid purchasing is available only when the official product page expressly opens a verified checkout. A prepared product or completed local software test does not mean checkout is open.
1. Supplier and scope
Murshid Farm Industries, Pakistan, supplies SSF SMTP Mailer Pro under its Smart Solutions Framework (SSF) software brand. The proprietor is Muhammad Sajid Minhas. Product, purchase and support contact: sales@mfipk.com. SSF is a software brand and is not represented as a separately incorporated LLC.
These product-specific terms cover the separate SSF SMTP Mailer Pro add-on and its paid update/support services. They take precedence over inconsistent generic SSF descriptions for this product. Other SSF products retain their separate features, service behavior and terms.
2. Price, site allowance and one-year term
Choose one payment of US$39 for one active separate WordPress update/support activation, US$99 for up to five, or US$199 for up to twenty. Every plan includes the same completed local Pro tools and per-site limits. The allowance counts service-entitlement activations for separate WordPress installations; it is not a runtime installation lock and does not limit GPL-permitted copying or use. It does not include mailboxes, email credits, recipients, staff seats, provider accounts or hosted workspaces. Applicable taxes and the final payable total are shown before payment.
One shared year of updates and support begins at order/licence creation, before first activation. Activating another site later does not restart or extend the year. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or recurring debit authorization. Renewal is optional and requires a separate deliberate purchase under the renewal terms and price shown at that time.
3. Downloads, installation and requirements
Free is downloaded separately from the SSF website without a Free Lemon Squeezy checkout. Purchased Pro ZIP and guide delivery is through the authenticated Lemon Squeezy purchase/customer record after a verified checkout opens. No unrestricted public Pro ZIP link is offered. Install and activate SSF SMTP Mailer Free 0.1.0 or later before Pro and keep both active. The product page provides the current Free download: https://ssfllc.com/ssf-smtp-mailer/ .
The latest recorded Free 0.1.0 WordPress.org submission status is Awaiting Review. A direct SSF download or purchase does not imply directory approval. The declared requirements are WordPress 6.4 or newer and PHP 8.1 or newer. Optional HTTPS webhook transport also requires PHP cURL, trusted certificate authorities and a suitable public HTTPS endpoint on port 443. Network-wide WordPress multisite management is not included. Back up and check the package on a suitable staging copy before production deployment.
Provider-authorized SMTP credentials and sending services are arranged separately. Availability and authentication depend on the provider and account policy. Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo illustrations do not mean a tested live provider account, included OAuth or one-click provider sign-in. Outlook.com requires OAuth, which this release does not implement.
4. Included local tools and limits
Pro adds optional metadata-only email activity history, event review, event/domain/category search and outcome filters. It includes curated failure guidance, a local diagnostic summary, redacted CSV activity and JSON support exports, and an audit of changed Pro setting names. These tools do not recreate earlier messages. Activity is collected only after it is explicitly enabled.
Administrators can choose retention of 1 to 90 days and a retained-record cap of 100 to 5,000 events per site. An event can represent up to 500 recipient identities and 50 distinct domain masks. These are local reporting limits, not a limit on your provider mailbox or total messages sent through Free. Pruning runs during activity reads/writes and through WordPress cron when available; inactive or failing sites may retain older records until execution recovers.
Optional independent HTTPS failure alerts send a small curated notice to an endpoint arranged by the administrator. The saved endpoint is encrypted locally, its destination must pass the plugin's public-address and TLS checks, redirects are refused, and repeated alerts have a cooldown. The explicit alert-test action contacts the saved endpoint even when routine alerts are off. External endpoint/service charges are separate. Endpoint acceptance does not prove a person read an alert.
Explicit staging suppression stops mail in the normal WordPress mail pipeline. Redirect mode replaces the To recipients and removes original Cc and Bcc recipients before sending to one administrator-confirmed test inbox. Redirected messages still contain their normal content, attachments and Reply-To, so use fictional data and an inbox you control. Custom senders outside the normal WordPress pipeline or later code that overrides handling can bypass these safeguards. Turn staging off before expecting normal site mail.
Activity collection, routine alerts and staging controls begin off. Accepted for sending describes a reported WordPress pipeline outcome; it does not establish delivery, inbox placement, reading, response or a sale. Pro distinguishes failed, suppressed and other-filter outcomes and does not automatically resend messages.
5. Service activation, site moves and continued local use
Settings > SMTP Mailer Licence manages paid updates/support entitlement. A current eligible key and an available plan slot are required to register a new service activation or site move. Activated staging/development installations use slots. Explicitly deactivate the prior service instance before replacing a key or moving its slot. If the old site is inaccessible, contact support with a purchase reference for review. No free staging allowance or network-wide multisite entitlement is implied.
Licence checks never gate SMTP sending, local activity tools, diagnostics, configured alerts or staging controls. Installed and configured local Pro tools continue after the update/support term, licence deactivation or a licensing-service/network failure. Reaching the year does not erase records or end GPL code rights. A failed check reports that current update/support entitlement is unverified; it does not grant a new entitlement. A successful explicit administrator check is cached for up to one hour; use Check licence for a fresh service status.
Only explicit administrator Activate, Check, Deactivate or Recovery actions contact Lemon Squeezy. Opening the licence screen, normal frontend visits and ordinary site email make no licence-service requests. No scheduled background licence polling is included.
An uncertain activation is retained as a durable pending attempt and blocks another activation to avoid consuming an extra slot. Recovery validates the key, product, site and matching instance before attempting release and creates no new activation. Do not guess identifiers or delete pending database records. Support can review the displayed site-attempt label and purchase reference. Allocated or pending proof is retained until its matching remote release is verified, including during uninstall; no automatic pending-proof deletion deadline is promised.
6. Customer downloads and manual updates
Initial Pro ZIP and guide delivery is through the authenticated Lemon Squeezy purchase/customer record; Free remains a separate SSF website download. No in-plugin automatic updater, public Pro download endpoint, guaranteed release schedule or future feature promise is included. During the eligible year, request a released maintenance package through sales@mfipk.com with a purchase reference. SSF checks entitlement and supplies the versioned update manually.
Receipt-download access and current update/support eligibility are separate. Expiry alone is not represented as mechanically blocking purchase-record downloads, and receipt access does not extend the service term. Keep your own safe backup of the delivered files. Future updates are supplied according to current entitlement rather than assumed from possession of an original receipt.
7. Support
During the eligible year, email support at sales@mfipk.com covers installation, updates/support activation and reproducible defects in the supplied add-on. The initial response target is within two business days, Monday to Friday. This is a target, not an SLA or a guaranteed resolution time.
Custom development, general website administration, hosting/server maintenance, DNS changes, migration, third-party provider accounts, authentication approvals and inbox-deliverability services are excluded unless separately agreed. Provide the order reference, product/version, runtime details, clear steps and reviewed redacted evidence. Do not send passwords, licence keys, OTPs, SMTP transcripts containing secrets, private endpoint URLs, complete messages, private keys or full card data.
8. First-purchase refunds
Request a full refund of the first purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing sales@mfipk.com with the order number and purchase email. No explanation is required. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Requests after 14 days and renewal purchases are reviewed for material defect, duplicate charge or applicable mandatory rights.
Payment-provider posting times are not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights and Lemon Squeezy refund discretion remain available. Refunds or merchant revocation may end update/support entitlement when reflected by the licensing service. Configured local tools and GPL permissions in received code remain separate.
9. Data, privacy and removal
After the administrator reviews the notice and explicitly consents, licence activation sends the purchased key and a site-derived hashed identifier to https://api.lemonsqueezy.com/v1/licenses/ . Validation and release use the key and saved instance identifier. Ordinary network request information is visible to the service; hashing is not anonymity. Licence requests do not include messages, recipient lists, SMTP passwords, activity history or secret webhook endpoints.
The site stores the key, consent, instance, site/configuration binding, licence/order/variant identifiers, plan, status and timing information in non-autoloaded WordPress options without application-level encryption. Database/site administrators and backups must protect it. The saved key is not displayed back in the password-type input and is excluded from activity/support exports. A pending attempt retains necessary key/site/plan proof until verified release.
Ordinary plugin deactivation retains configuration, history and licence state. Uninstall normally retains data. The explicit local-history/settings cleanup option removes the selected Pro configuration and activity records but preserves private allocated licence-instance state, pending activation/recovery proof and any short in-progress lifecycle lease so reinstalling can reconcile the same service slot. Uninstall never contacts licensing services or automatically releases a remote slot. Explicit successful licence deactivation or recovery removes the corresponding proof; a failed release retains information needed for retry. Pro cleanup never deletes Free settings or Free's encrypted SMTP password. Protect retained licence database information and backups.
When explicitly enabled, local activity contains UTC time, curated outcome/category, best-effort source/duration, represented-recipient count, masked recipient domains and site-keyed recipient hashes. Hashes support WordPress privacy lookup/erasure while the relevant site salt is unchanged. Changed-setting audit entries store setting names and local administrator identifiers, not setting values. No email subjects, bodies, full recipient addresses, attachment paths, passwords, tokens or raw SMTP errors/transcripts are stored in activity. Redacted exports omit recipient hashes, administrator identifiers, endpoint URLs, staging destinations, Free settings and credentials. Review every export before sharing it.
Free sends normal email contents to the configured SMTP provider under that provider's rules. Staging redirection sends the content and attachments to the configured test inbox. Optional HTTPS alerts send schema version, site origin, UTC time, event identifier and curated category to the configured independent endpoint, without recipient or message payload. Collection off preserves existing activity until retention or explicit deletion; it does not retroactively erase earlier records. Site owners control their notices, legal basis, recipient consent, retention, privacy requests and backups.
The plugin has no telemetry or managed SSF mail service. Lemon Squeezy provides checkout, payment, customer-download and licence services under its own buyer terms and privacy policy. SSF receives necessary order/entitlement information for delivery, updates, refunds and support. Support correspondence contains information you choose to provide. The published SSF privacy notice applies to necessary processing; no fixed blanket deletion deadline or local-only processing guarantee is promised.
10. Excluded services and independent status
No SMTP-provider account, sending credits, managed mail delivery, Gmail/Microsoft OAuth, one-click provider connector, provider API mailer, fallback/routing between connections, automatic resend, queue, delivery/open tracking, DNS editing, AI, hosted cloud monitoring, paid advertising or guaranteed delivery/inbox placement is included. External accounts and their ordinary fees/terms remain separate. Future roadmap descriptions do not become current purchase entitlements.
SSF SMTP Mailer is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Gmail, Microsoft, Outlook, Yahoo or their owners. Third-party names and illustrations identify provider context rather than ownership, endorsement or verified live account compatibility.
11. GPL code and commercial services
The supplied WordPress code is GPLv2-or-later. The included GPL governs copying, modification and redistribution and prevails over inconsistent generic SSF restrictions for these packages, including restrictions on copying, resale, sublicensing, modification, reverse engineering or transfer. Copyright remains with the relevant rights holders; no ownership transfer is implied.
The site allowance and one-year term define commercial update/support services. They do not make GPL rights expire, limit GPL-permitted installations or require deletion of received code after a year. Protect private service keys and accounts; possession of GPL code does not grant access to another customer account or private merchant systems.
12. Compatibility, precedence and mandatory rights
The completed feature/adapter code has scoped local coverage on WordPress 7.1.3 / PHP 8.3.35 / SQLite 3.53.4 and WordPress 6.4 / PHP 8.1.34 / MariaDB 11.4.9. Synthetic licence responses and controlled local SMTP services are distinct from actual merchant checkout, licence and customer-download verification. No live Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo account authentication or inbox-delivery result is claimed. Oracle MySQL, network-wide multisite and unlisted combinations are outside established verification. No universal theme, host, plugin or large-site performance guarantee is made.
Use backups and appropriate staging checks. These product-specific terms apply to SSF SMTP Mailer Pro. Other SSF products retain their own behavior and terms; do not import another product's online-validation rules into SMTP Mailer. Lemon Squeezy supplies its transaction services under its buyer terms; Murshid Farm Industries supplies the software and stated update/support services. Nothing excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
