Google Translation and AI, under your control.
Connect your own Google Cloud Translation and OpenAI API accounts in Pro. Provider actions send the selected product text and specifications only when you request processing. No automatic background translation is performed.
Keys are encrypted with the WordPress site’s authentication salt and excluded from configuration exports. Restrict Google keys to the Translation API and your server’s outgoing IP. ChatGPT subscriptions are separate from OpenAI API billing. Check Google Translation pricing and OpenAI API pricing for current provider charges.
Requirements and clear limits.
- WordPress 6.6+, PHP 8.1+, mbstring, GD and a writable temporary directory. Pro key storage needs OpenSSL; buyer packs need PHP ZIP.
- Allow a plugin upload of at least 48 MB. 256 MB or more PHP memory is recommended. The PDF library and multilingual fonts are included.
- Admin interface is English. PDF labels support English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Urdu, Persian, Hebrew, Turkish and Indonesian.
- Up to 100 selected records per PDF/buyer-pack batch; up to 500 rows per CSV import.
- Version 1 handles structured product records. Arbitrary uploaded-PDF translation, scanned PDF OCR, certified translation and hosted AI credit billing are not included.
- Agency profiles organize administrator work; they do not create separate client logins or security boundaries.
91 automated assertions passed, plus real PDF and live provider checks on two WordPress sites. Minimum-version ZIP installation was checked on WordPress 6.6. These checks do not guarantee compatibility with every website. Keep backups and test changes on staging.
This is a direct SSF download. The PDF plugin has not been submitted to or approved by WordPress.org; the account’s existing Chat Connect review currently prevents another submission.

Can I use Free without an AI account?
Yes. Single-product PDF generation, branding, manual language editions, review and approved public downloads work without an API account.
Will saving a change replace the public PDF immediately?
No. Public downloads use the last approved snapshot. Changes flag older editions for review, and a replacement must be approved.
Does a buyer pack include manuals?
Pro includes eligible locally attached PDF manuals and a file of product/video links alongside the generated catalog. Check the ZIP before sharing.
Can I translate any PDF that I upload?
No. This version translates structured product records. Uploaded manuals can be included in buyer packs, but arbitrary PDF translation and OCR are not included.

Visit SSF support or contact SSF. Include the product edition, WordPress/PHP versions and a description of the issue; never send API secrets.
