Software Licence Terms

1. Parties

These Software Licence Terms apply to software products offered by Murshid Farm Industries, Pakistan, under the Smart Solutions Framework (SSF) software brand.

2. Product-Specific Terms

SSF Chat Connect and its separate Pro add-on have their own GPL and commercial-service scope below. Read the SSF Chat Connect Pro product terms. The existing SSF Media Manager terms and its online-validation behavior remain separate.

Each offered product page and checkout states its price, activation/update/support entitlement, renewal, delivery and refund conditions. SSF Media Manager Pro is governed by its linked product-specific terms. Other products retain the terms and status shown on their own pages.

SSF Media Manager and Pro — GPL code and commercial services

The code in SSF Media Manager and SSF Media Manager Pro is GPLv2-or-later. The included GPL governs copying, modification and redistribution. For these WordPress packages, GPL rights and the product-specific terms prevail over inconsistent generic restrictions, including restrictions on copying, resale, sublicensing, modification, reverse engineering or transfer. Copyright remains with its rights holders; no ownership transfer is implied.

The purchased plan’s site-count activation allowance and one-year update/support entitlement describe commercial services. They do not make the GPL expire, require deletion of received code or prohibit GPL-permitted uses. Protect private accounts and purchased service keys; GPL code does not grant access to other customer accounts or private merchant systems.

Pro is one payment of US$39 for one active WordPress installation, US$99 for up to five, or US$199 for up to twenty. Every plan includes the same Pro features and one year of updates/support, without automatic renewal. The shared year starts at order/licence creation; activating another installation later does not restart it. Previously trusted installed Pro continues after the term on each recognised installation, subject to periodic online checks and no offline grace. SSF Chat Connect and Pro — GPL code and commercial services

The code in SSF Chat Connect Free and SSF Chat Connect Pro is GPLv2-or-later. The included GPL governs copying, modification and redistribution. For these WordPress packages, GPL rights and the Chat Connect product-specific terms prevail over inconsistent generic restrictions, including restrictions on copying, resale, sublicensing, modification, reverse engineering or transfer. Copyright remains with the relevant rights holders; no ownership transfer is implied.

The purchased one-, five- or twenty-site allowance and one-year term describe updates/support service activations, not a runtime lock on GPL installations. The shared year starts at order/licence creation; activating another site later does not restart it. Renewal is manual, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The allowance does not make GPL rights expire, limit GPL-permitted copying/use or require deletion of received code.

Chat Connect licence activation records update/support entitlement. Configured local tools keep working after the year, licence deactivation or a licensing-service/network failure. New service activation or a site move requires an eligible key and available slot. Activated staging/development consumes a slot; network-wide multisite management is outside the verified scope. No automatic updater is included; released eligible updates are supplied manually after entitlement review.

Free is downloaded only from the SSF website without signup or payment. Lemon Squeezy supplies only the purchased Pro ZIP and customer guide. The Chat Connect Pro product terms describe installation, privacy, durable activation recovery, delivery, support and the approved first-purchase refund. Purchase only when the Chat Connect product page expressly opens checkout.

The existing Media Manager-specific Pro statements below, including periodic online checks and no offline grace, continue to apply to Media Manager. They do not change Chat Connect’s continuing-local-functionality terms. Protect private service keys and accounts; possession of GPL code does not grant access to another customer account or private merchant systems.

3. Licence Grant

For software other than the GPL SSF Media Manager and SSF Chat Connect packages described above, when a paid or free licence is validly issued, SSF grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence according to that product’s specific terms. GPL rights for the SSF Media Manager and SSF Chat Connect packages are governed by their included GPL licences.

4. Current Product Status

SSF Media Manager Pro offers one-payment plans of US$39 for one active WordPress installation, US$99 for up to five, and US$199 for up to twenty. Every plan includes the same Pro features and one year of updates/support, with no automatic renewal. Purchases are offered only through checkout explicitly linked from its product page. Other products retain their stated status.

5. Eligibility

Users must provide accurate account and licence information and must be legally able to use the software in their jurisdiction.

6. Delivery

Software delivery follows the method stated for that product. Pro is delivered as a separate ZIP with a purchased key; released updates during eligibility are supplied manually after verification. No Pro automatic updater is included. Other products may use their separately stated delivery methods.

7. Activation Limits

Pro allows the purchased plan’s one, five or twenty active WordPress installations. Each independent installation needs its own activation within that allowance; staging/development installations count when activated. Network-wide multisite activation is not supported. Its GPL code rights are separate. Other products state their activation limits before purchase or licence issue.

8. Licence Duration

Every Pro plan includes one year of updates/support from order/licence creation, without automatic renewal. Installed Pro continues after the date on each previously trusted, recognised installation, subject to periodic online licence checks and no offline grace. New-site activation/site transfer after expiry needs a current key. Other products state their own duration and renewal rules.

9. Updates

Access to updates, if any, will depend on the product-specific terms, licence status and support entitlement shown before purchase or licence issue.

10. Support Entitlement

Support entitlement will be described on the product page, checkout or support documentation. General support information is available on the Support page.

11. Restrictions

For software other than the GPL SSF Media Manager and SSF Chat Connect packages, you must not copy, resell, sublicense, share licence keys, reverse engineer, bypass activation, remove notices or use it unlawfully except where the applicable licence or law permits. For the SSF Media Manager and SSF Chat Connect packages, their controlling GPL sections above apply; no restriction here removes GPL rights. Private account and service credentials remain protected from unauthorised use.

12. Ownership

Software, documentation, branding and related materials remain owned by Murshid Farm Industries or the relevant rights holders. A licence does not transfer ownership.

13. WordPress Environment Responsibility

For WordPress products, users are responsible for maintaining compatible hosting, WordPress versions, themes, plugins, backups and security practices.

14. Third-Party Services

Some products may integrate with third-party services. Those services may have separate accounts, terms, fees, limits and availability.

15. Beta and Pre-Release Access

Beta, test or early-access software may be incomplete, unstable, limited or changed without public release.

16. Payments and Merchant of Record

For Pro, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record/reseller for checkout and transaction services. For other products, any approved third-party platform and applicable checkout terms are identified before purchase.

17. Refunds

Refund eligibility will be governed by the product-specific terms and the Refund Policy available at the time of purchase.

18. Privacy and Telemetry

Software may process account, licence, activation, diagnostic or support information only as described in product materials and the Privacy Policy.

19. Security

Users must protect licence keys, credentials and site access. Do not send passwords, OTPs, private keys or full payment-card details through support channels.

20. Suspension or Termination

Commercial activation/services may be suspended or terminated for fraud, unauthorised service-key use, abuse or applicable transaction/service violations. For the GPL SSF Media Manager and SSF Chat Connect packages this concerns commercial services and does not terminate GPL permissions in code already received. Other software remains governed by its applicable licence and mandatory rights.

21. Disclaimers

Software is provided according to the product terms in effect at the time. SSF does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free code or compatibility with every hosting, plugin or theme combination.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Murshid Farm Industries will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from software use, inability to use software or reliance on documentation.
